Puppies
We want your puppies first visit to be pleasant and will make every effort
to do so by starting with simple haircuts. It is important that owners teach
their puppies basic manners, encouraging sit, down and stay. Tearless shampoo
will be used for your puppies safety.
Aggressive Dogs
We reserve the right to not groom or bathe aggressive dogs.
Senior Dogs
Extra care is given to senior dogs, however we will not be held responsible
for any reaction due to typical grooming procedures. If in our judgement
grooming causes too much stress to your pet, we will modify or terminate
the grooming session. Please inform us of any health conditions that your
pet has.

Our grooming charges include 2 - 4 hours of salon time.
We pride ourselves on providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for every pet, and a salon full of bored and restless pets does not benefit any of us. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
Brushing Your Dog's Teeth
Brushing your dog's teeth is an important aspect of dog grooming and dog health. Brushing your dog's teeth is a very simple process once you and your dog, have both gotten into the routine. It's a great way to prevent dental disease, which is the most common, preventable, and treatable, disease in dogs. We offer gentle tooth brushes with paste already on the brush in minty flavor. Have us brush during the grooming process and go home with an extra tooth brush so you can continue the process and keep your dogs teeth healthy. We also sell packs of 5 or 10 brushes.
Coat Coloring
Coat Coloring is a fun and safe technique that can enhance or change the color of your dogs’ coat. At Tangled Knot we use all natural coloring dyes that typically wash out within 2 - 3 shampoos. If you and your dog don’t feel color dying is quite your style we do offer temporary color chalking. Chalk is all natural and washes out in 1 wash.
